Participation fees (including lunch and social event on monday): 800 NOK (105 €)
 

Deadline for registration is November 15, 2005.
Note that by booking your accomodation before November 1, you will get
the special seminar rates at hotels.


Active participation:

Participants have the possibilty to make poster (with or without an oral flash presentation of 3 min) and laptop presentations at the seminar location.
- Size requirements for posters : A0
- The posters should be printed on one side only and easy to roll out
- If you need a table in front of your poster to present brochures, reports or other documents,
  please mention it in the registration form.
- The number of laptop presentations is limited to 12.

Note that visits and meetings of Norwegian companies and research institutions will be arranged, on request, by the Scientific and the Economic Missions of the French Embassy in Norway, in collaboration with Ubifrance.
