Would you like to discover a scientific and innovative environment while visiting France? <\/em><\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Theme of the year 2024<\/strong> : Digital Health<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The theme of the 2024 edition of the FINA Prize will be \u00ab<strong>digital health<\/strong>\u00bb. According to the WHO, digital health is defined as \u201c<em>the use of information and communication technologies in support of health and related areas in the concept of e-health. It is an umbrella concept that includes eHealth, mobile health, big data and artificial intelligence<\/em>.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Conditions to apply<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>To carry out a research activity within <strong>a Norwegian institution<\/strong> (university, research institute&#8230;).&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Being a <strong>PhD student<\/strong> or <strong>holder of a PhD for less than 2 years.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have a <strong>research project related to the digital health.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agree to take part <strong>in the presentation of your research work<\/strong> to the French Institutes that support the award.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Selection<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One laureate will be selected in each of the participating countries (Estonia, Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden) by a selection committee composed of the Heads of cooperation and Scientific attach\u00e9s of the five French Institutes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Criteria for selection<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <strong>originality <\/strong>of the researcher\u2019s approach, the relevance or innovative nature of the research work in relation to the theme<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The <strong>motivation <\/strong>of the candidate to receive the award.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The complementarity of the selected profiles and research themes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Award&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The FINA recognises the quality and relevance of the work carried out by the laureate. It consists of scientific mobility in the Normandy region (Caen and Rouen) and in Paris.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The objective of this scientific mobility is to enable the Nordic laureates\/researchers to network in France by visiting French laboratories, meeting, and developing scientific cooperation with their French counterparts.
