PHC Aurora

Mobility Program France – Norway

The Aurora program is a Franco-Norwegian Hubert Curien Partnership (PHC). It provides funding for the mobility of French and Norwegian researchers as part of bilateral research projects selected jointly by the two countries.

The objective of the PHC is to develop scientific and technological exchanges of excellence between research laboratories in both scientific communities by fostering new collaborations. PHCs are open to public or private research laboratories affiliated with institutions of higher education, research organizations, or companies.

The Aurora program is funded in Norway by the Norwegian Research Council, and in France by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MEAE) and the French Ministry of Higher Education, Research, and Space (MESRE). It is implemented by the scientific mission of the French Institute in Norway and Campus France for France, and by the Norwegian Research Council for Norway.
